About the Club

CCACC Photo Club was established in 2000 by Mr. Ned Li and several other photography enthusiasts. The mission of the club is to improve each member’s technical and artistic photography skills.

Since 2000, many featured speeches and photo shows have been presented by club members and guest speakers, including Henry Ng and Tony Sweet. Numerous theme-based workshops have been conducted, such as, digital photography, digital imaging, photography composition, and portrait. Members are able to take frequent field trips to local historical parks, landmark buildings, as well as scenic spots in the Greater Washington DC area. The club conducts joint events and field trips with other local photo clubs and on occasion, members will also organize distant field trips.
