You are welcome to visit the CCACC Center Headquarters Office or make inquiries by email or telephone. We are very happy to assist you and serve you.
After the venue rental application is approved, please pay the full fee within five working days. If the payment is not made within the time limit, the center has the right to open the venue at the original time for rent by other communities in the community.
The rental period includes pre-arrangement and preparation, use and post-cleaning. Please end the event on time so as not to affect subsequent venue users. If the time is overdue, every fifteen minutes, the rent will be charged as one hour, and the rent will be calculated and accumulated accordingly.

If the rental unit wants to cancel the lease, please notify the central headquarters office to stop the contract at least two weeks before the scheduled use date, otherwise no refund will be given. If there is an emergency during the epidemic, the center will handle it as appropriate.
In case of bad weather conditions, the center is open, but if the rental unit wants to cancel the lease, please notify the center headquarters office at least one working day before the scheduled use date, otherwise no refund will be given. The center is not open, and the user can get a full refund on the day of the original rental or change to a credit line to reschedule the rental.
The center reserves the priority to use the venue, and can request the rental unit to reschedule when necessary. If the venue is cancelled, the current rent paid will be refunded, or the rental will be rescheduled.
