About the Club

In an attempt to help workers relieve tight muscles and soreness that comes from sitting at the desk, CCACC established the CCACC Yoga Club. It provides an opportunity for workers to relieve stress and unwind after a long day at work. The club offers an comfortable environment for workers to connect with each other while learning yoga.

This is a place to put aside your worries and change your body from within. By understanding yourself, you can achieve a healthier self.

Yoga works with the body, increasing strength, flexibility, and balance. It can also calm the mind, increase focus, build confidence, and strengthen the body. The class is open to everyone and welcomes students of all levels. We have an instructor that can guide students in safely learning and practicing yoga.
