Evergreen Club Announcement:

In view of the total amount of Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) nutritious lunch and the recent rapid increase in the number of people receiving meals, our agency will suspend the application of new cases of SNP nutritious lunch from October 1st.

- Members who have already received nutritious lunch will not be affected
- Members who join CCACC Evergreen Club and complete the SNP Nutritious Lunch Application Form before 4:00 pm on September 30 will be eligible to receive Nutritious Lunch
- In the future, if the number of SNP nutritious lunches increases, or the number of people receiving meals decreases, the agency will adjust it monthly and notify you separately
